From 2010 -2020 in the School of Art at RMIT University I provided expert curriculum leadership, and strategic advice to ensure RMIT Fine Art programs were current, relevant and robust enough to engage positively with the fast-evolving world.

I initiated, designed and implemented a range of digital and work-integrated-learning (WIL) resources in Fine Art; led and developed program-wide benchmarking standards for assessment in Fine Art; and worked collaboratively with the RMIT Counselling Service to design, implement and lead a school-based resilience program for Fine Art students. I collaborated with Associate Professor Peter Ellis in the School of Art to host several Careers Expo events about Developing your career in Fine Art: being enterprise ready to ensure students in creative disciplines were graduating ready for life and work. These initiatives are forward thinking and progressive and culminated in an innovative, online resources for the field of Fine Art Education (see https://artschoolportal.com/).
